ON MADONNA AND ADOPTION

It is in te papers that Madonna is ecstatic,happy,she finally gets mercy,or whatever words have been put to explain the outcome of the Madonna's recent appeal in the APPEAL COURTS of Malawi.


Why do people think she is happy?Is she because she is taking a child away from her home country,is she because she is trafficking a child as others are saying...NO..she is so happy because she is so caring,she is a loving mother to her own kids and she sees it as a way of giving another child a life she would not get.

A lot of people are saying so many things,like saying why can't she just let Mercy leave in Malawi and then she helps financially or in whatever way possible.Who doesn't know the corrupt,greedy people that are there.People are opposing to her adopting this child saying its child trafficking.Do you really know what trafficking is?She is going through the right procedure to have this child adopted.

Angellina Jolie and Brad Pitt have adopted kids before but who has said stuff like that.Most of the so-called child rights groups are there just to get money from funding organisations under the pretext that thay are fighting for childrens rights.There are so many children without parents in the country and do you help them.Most of these are just interested in their families.Why is the child in an orphanage in the first place,the answer is nobody could care for her.Madonna has come to her rescue and you are coming out to say all sorts.

And on passing out the ruling,Chief Justice Lovemore Munlo also said,said the earlier judgement was out of touch with the times?What he meant by this statement is something to talk about.Its a given fact that judges pass a ruling or sentences using the law as guidance and not according to their own personal opinion.If the Chief Justice says such kind of statement ,means there is something with the law in Malawi.It means the law is ''out of touch with the times.''and something needs to be done..There are so many sentences that are passed out and they are not enough for the crime committed.Would the people responsible look into this please.

Lastly,thanks to the judge for being reasonable and passing out this important ruling for the poor little girls' sake.On top of this,Madonna keep up RAISING MALAWI..
